Led a 26-member team of product designers, content designers, and UX researchers within Red Venture's FinTech org, instilling a culture of quality and innovation across Credit Cards, Wealth, and Insurance verticals.

Scaled the team by 233% and delivered strategic design impact, including a +25% improvement in conversion metrics for Capital One and +42% EBITDA growth across the financial services portfolio.

Spearheaded design systems thinking across Red Ventures, introduced UX metrics and governance, and evangelized co-creation ways of working to foster collaboration and innovation.

Built and scaled a 15-member design organization across Product Design, UX Research, and Design Technology.

Led the full-scale redesign of Bankrate's digital platforms, revitalizing the brand with a modern, user-focused experience, which led to Bankrate's $1.4 billion acquisition by Red Ventures.

About Quizzle

Quizzle, formerly part of Rocket Companies, was an early innovator in providing free credit reports, credit scores, and personal finance tools online. By partnering with all three major bureaus (TransUnion, Equifax, Experian) Quizzle enabled over 2 million consumers with a complete picture of  their credit and advice on how to grow and use their credit to achieve their financial dreams.

Led the design team and redesign of Quizzle's consumer platform, delivering significant UX and brand enhancements that drove user growth from 500K to 2.4M in three years.

Designed industry-leading credit report and financial insight tools in collaboration with major credit bureaus, contributing to Quizzle's success and eventual acquisition by Bankrate.
